- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for an Assistant Education Advisor/Community College of the Air Force Advisor (CCAF) with a NAICS code of 611710, Size Standard $6,000,000.00.. This is a Non-personal Service requirement. Contractors shall perform duties in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and must provide a resume? showing experience in an Educational Advisor Capacity. This is a Limited Funds solicitation in accordance with Headquarters AFMC/DPDF directive for Non-Personal Services. Maximum allowable hours for one year are 1,160 hours. Unit price quoted must include all applicable taxes. Payment will be made by IMPAC convenience checks. The award period will be for one year starting 1 March 2007 through 29 February 2008, with two 1-year Option periods.
