- On December 21, 2006, the Government released a near final version DRAFT RFP for the SE&I solicitation FA8807-07-R-0003. The final RFP is scheduled to be release on or about January 2, 2007, with proposals due 30 days thereafter. Please see spreadsheet file entitled, "Comments to final draft posting of RFP.xls" posted with the 21 December DRAFT RFP documents, for significant changes to the DRAFT RFP since its last posting." PLEASE NOTE THAT DOCUMENTS PROVIDED IN ADVANCE OF THE FINAL RFP RELEASE DATE ARE IN NEAR FINAL DRAFT FORM BUT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. POTENTIAL OFFERORS SHOULD NOT RELY ON THESE DRAFT DOCUMENTS AS A BASIS FOR PROPOSALS.
