Description

This is a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity project not to exceed $200,000. The contractor shall provide all services, equipment and expertise necessary to search, locate, and collect field data on Sensitive Vascular and Non-Vascular Plants and Survey and Manage, Surveys will be conducted for Invasive Plant Species (noxious weeds) and common plant species. Surveys will occur in a variety of habitats including oak woodlands, oak-confer savannas, mixed hardwood-conifer woodlands, chaparral, meadows and conifer forests in various successional stages. Project sites are located with 125 miles of the Roseburg District, Oregon. Bonds are not required. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is January 5, 2007. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
