Harvey, Contract Specialist, Phone (210) 925-1965 Email: Karen.harvey@dla.mil, FAX (210) 925-1963 Robert Mayfield, Contracting Officer, Phone (210) 925-1177 Email: Robert.L.Mayfield@dla.mil, FAX (210) 925-9758 DESCRIPTION: The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of 1,392,775 gallons (gal) of commercial Aviator’s Breathing Oxygen (ABO), Type II, IAW MIL-PRF-27210G, dated 4 Apr 97, and Amendment 1, dated 24 Jan 00, and delivery of 1,312,185 gal of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), Type II, Grade B, Class 1 of Commercial Item Description A-A-59503, dated 1 Jun 00, as well as services for U.S. Air Force bases overseas. The contract(s) ordering period will be from 1 Jan 07 – 30 Sep 11. The product will be delivered FOB Destination into government-owned equipment and contractor provided tanks. The total estimated contract quantities per year are as follows: Aviano AB, Italy: ABO = 12,455 gal LN2 = 12,440 gal Carolina AB, Puerto Rico: ABO = 25,000 gal Mildenhall RAF, United Kingdom ABO = 8,760 gal LN2 = 25,000 gal Fairford RAF, United Kingdom ABO = 600 gal Lakenheath RAF, United Kingdom ABO = 17,000 gal Incirlik, AB, Turkey ABO = 5,200 gal LN2 = 1,825 gal Moron AB, Spain ABO = 9,400 gal LN2 = 318,172 gal Ramstein AB, Germany ABO = 60,000 gal LN2 = 124,000 gal Spangdahlem AB, Germany ABO = 30,000 gal LN2 = 48,074 gal The resultant contract(s) will be four year- eleven month, firm fixed price requirements-type contract(s).
