Description

To be awarded is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) at Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, Texas 75507-5000 with a base year and four option years. Three to five contractors will be chosen to provide Installation and repair of utilities, Inte rior and exterior alteration, Interior and exterior painting, Roofing, Roads, bridges, and hardstands, Construction and alteration of metal structures, HVAC services, and Building electrical systems. Task Orders will be written and the three to five chose n contractors will then bid on these task orders. Task orders will be firm-fixed price. Must be able to respond to Solicitation for Task Order, Site Visit, PreConstruction meeting and be ready to begin Work within two (2) hours of Solicitation for Task O rders. Solicitation is expected to be released on or about 5 July 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-JUN-2006).
