- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3N7F56264A200 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. The NAICS code is 811310. ITEM DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITY: Non-Personal Service, Bowling Center Mechanic Services. Period of Performance from 01 February 2007 through 30 September 2007 with four, 12-month option periods. Performance Work Schedule and Bid Schedule are posted as attachments to this synopsis/solicitation. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; the full text may be viewed at the following web site: http://farsite@hill.af.mil Offerors shall provide a firm fixed-price offer in local currency. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offer whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Successful contractor must meet all the responsibility requirements of FAR subpart 9.1. A written notice of award or acceptance of offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, shall result in a binding contract without furhter action by either party. All proposals shall be clearly marked with the offerors name and the above reference number. Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors The offeror will need to submit the following items with their quote: 1. Complete bid schedule, and any/all amendments 2. Resume to demonstrate qualification and experience in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. 3. DEROS if applicable Addendum to 52.212-2, Evaluation Factors 1. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: a. Price b. Past Performance(Resume) **Past performance is approximately equal to price. 2. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalance. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest prices offeror.
