Description
The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq (JCC-I) is soliciting proposals under a Firm Fixed Price Contract to provide VTC (video teleconferencing) and VOIP (voice over internet protocol). The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website HTTP://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the RFP document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will also be distributed solely through the FBO site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This acquisition is being issued as W91GXZ-07-R-0001. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information, and will be awarded in accordance with FAR part 15. The VTC and VOIP equipment/capability is to be installed for 38 remote sites for the WBBN (Wireless Broadband Network) Secure Ministry Network with the capability of growth. Management systems, hardware and software, should be included and support fault management, configuration management, accounting management, provisioning management, and security management. The traffic load for design and pricing should be based on 9 CCS/user busy hour traffic, 0.5% blocking, and traffic distribution as 85% on-net and 15% to PSTN. All proposals are due no later than December 2, 2006, at 1700 hrs Baghdad, Iraq time, to JCCI_Fac_Trans@pco-iraq.net.
