- General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Operations Branch (7PMO), 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Contracting Officer: Tongee Flemming, (817) 978-3566. This procurement is being solicited on an Unrestricted basis to large and small businesses. Request for Proposals (RFP) Notice for a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Lobby Restorative Cleaning & Lighting Restoration at the Little Rock Federal Building, 700 W. Capitol Blvd, Little Rock, AR. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 236220 with a Size Standard of $28.5M. The Solicitation will be issued o/a December 29, 2006. Estimated cost range of the work is between $100K and $250K. Time for completion is 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall provide all labor, material and disposal required to perform lobby restorative cleaning and lighting as shows in Specs and Drawings. Work includes, but not limited to restoration and cleaning, finishes, and metal work. Base Bid includes Lobby Restoration Cleaning of Historic courtroom. Option 1 is for Lighting restoration, which includes cleaning and repairing, rewiring & relamping, new granite bases. The solicitation will be available through Federal Technical Data Solution (FEDTEDS) website (fedteds.gov). FedTeDs is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified acquisition information. It is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as FedBizOps and the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, and is available for use by all federal agencies. At a minimum all vendors must supply the following information: Your company?s CCR Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), DUNS Number or Cage Code, Telephone Number and E-Mail Address. No federal documents can be downloaded unit you have registered under both sites. You may access FedTeDs via the following address: www.fedteds.gov. It is the vendor?s responsibility to monitor FedBizOps for any changes and/or conditions. Any offeror submitting a proposal is required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations to use the Online Representation and Certifications Applications (ORCA). ORCA is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage and viewing of many of the FAR required Reps and Certifications previously fond in solicitations. With ORCA you now have the ability to enter and maintain your Reps & Certs via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov. To register in ORCA, you will need to have two items: active CCR record and a Marketing Partner Identification.
