Description: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Standard & Poor?s (S&P) for subscriptions to print business and investment publications. The publisher shall ship publications that are published from 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. The SEC believes S&P to be the only known source that possesses the capabilities required. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
