Description

NSN 1560-01-467-5589 Frame, Aircraft Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 24 EA, PR No: RD062630010000 Solicitation will include a term of base year plus four option years. FOB Destination Inspection & Acceptance Origin. Small Business Set-Aside. Export Control Applies. Configuration Control Applies. Technical Data will only be released to Export Control Certified Requestors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR-VAB via internet https://www.dbi.dscc.dla.mil or by phone at (804) 279-5912 or Fax at (804) 279-6126. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued under Other Than Full and Open competition procedures. This is a "1C" procurement. A surge requirement does not exists for this NSN. The Government's required delivery schedule for this NSN is 200 for stock. This is a Critical Application Item. This is a request for written proposal. Solicitation will be for a Long-Term Contract with a base year and four option years. Guaranteed minimum buy quantity for the base year is 24 each. See solicitation remarks page for Estimated and Maximum Quantities. The Solicitation date issue date will be 8 January 2007 with a close date of 8 February 2007. The required delivery schedule is 200 days AFAA for the production quantity. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
