Description

This project component consists of the purchase of a mobile Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The EOC will provide a mobile command post that is critical in the protection of the NY City Water Supply in the case of an emergency situation. The mobi le EOC would provide responders with on-site communiciations, real-time electronic security data, area maps, emergency protocols, crisis and consequence management capabilities, emergency telephone contact information, as well as be a portable command cent er that would allow efficiency in mitigating the situation. The EOC vehicle will integrate with the existing electronic security system and will interface with two stationary EOC's and ESS Command Centers. Delivery 270 calendar days after award of contra ct. All interested businesses should notify this office in writing by mail or fax by 2 January 2007. Responses should include:(1) Identification and verification of the company as a certified-8(a) firm, Hub Zone, or Service-Disabled Veteran. If not, sta te whether large or small business. (2) CAGE CODE and DUNS Number. (3) Past Experience through the completed projects that are similar in size and scope and complexitiy and percentage of work self-performed.
