Description

The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center will issue VA-249-07-RQ-0045 under the Commercial Test Program for a contractor to provide sleep studies and interpretation of sleep studies for the VA Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. All work is to be performed at the contractor's facility. Contractor facilities must be within a 50 mile radius of the VAMC Huntington, West Virginia. Contractor must be accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Physician providing interpretation of studies must be board certified in sleep medicine. Anticipated contract period 1-1-07 through 9-30-07 with two optional renewal periods of one year each. The NAICS code is 621498 with a small business size standard of $9 million. This is an unrestricted procurement and is open to both large and small businesses. Electronic solicitation will be available for download on or about 11-14-06. All quotes are due at the Acquisition Service Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, no later than 2 pm CT 11-30-06. Any amendments issued will be available for download at the same site. It is the responsibility of the contractor to obtain any amendments issued. All questions must be addressed in writing to the contracting officer.
