- Due to technical problems related to the email system, USAID is hereby issuing amendment # 02 to RFQ # 263-07-008 to extend the closing date for receipt of the proposals to Friday 5 January, 2007 at 17:30 hours, Cairo Local Time. Offers received before the issuance of this amendment will be accepted and offerors who wish to re-submit new proposals will have the right to do so. If your organization decides to submit proposal in response to the solicitation, it must be submitted electronically via email to the following email addresses: bwilson@usaid.gov, jpalmer@usaid.gov, driad@usaid.gov and Payrolloutsource@usaid.gov. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the original request for quotation, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-DEC-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
