- UNICOR intends to enter into a 5 year firm fixed price requirements, type contract for Adhesives for UNICOR Allenwood, PA 17801, Beaver, WV 25813, Coleman, FL 33521, Minersville, PA 17954. Solicitation number is FN-1267-07 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Propsal. Adhesives to be used in Upholstery Seating Factory Production. The minimum delivery order quantity is 2 each 55 gallon drums and the maximum delivery order quantity is 6 each 55 gallon drums per delivery order line item. Delivery date requested is 30 days after receipt of order for the first delivery order and 21 days after the receipt of order for all subsequent deliveries of ADH0756, ADH0680, ADH0593, ADH1029 and 7 days after the receipt of order for ADH1005. Variation in quantity +/- 10%. This procurement is a small business set aside. Only offers from small business concerns will be considered. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Institution, McKean, Route 59 & Big Shanty Road, Lewis Run, PA 16738 (For Fedex and UPS Delivery) Attn: Linda K. Kerr, Phone (814) 362-4155 or by US Mail at UNICOR, Federal Correctional Institution, McKean, P.O. Box 6000, Bradford, PA 16701 Attn: Linda K. Kerr. This information shall be displayed on the outside of the envelope with the solicitation number and offer closing date. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form and the CCR Registration, which can be found on UNICOR's webpage at www.unicor.gov. For the ACH form click on business commercial opportunities, navigate to, procurement forms and click on ACH form and print. For CCR Registration scroll down the page to Central Contractor Registration and complete internet based form. Fax proposals are accepted at 814-362-4151, Attn: Linda K. Kerr, the fax cover sheet shall reference the solicitation number and offer closing date and time and a total of all pages being faxed including the cover sheet. A signed and dated original copy of the offer must be mailed to the contracting officer within 2 days of the closing date if a fax proposal is sent. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Past Performance, Specification, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on Fedbizops at www.fbo.gov on or about January 5, 2007. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
