THIS IS THE DRAFT RELEASE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) W911SR-07-R-0002 FOR THE JOINT MATERIAL DECONTAMINATION SYSTEM (JMDS). THIS DRAFT RFP DOES NOT CONTAIN SECTIONS L AND M. NO PROPOSALS ARE REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. WHEN THE FINAL SOLICITATION IS R ELEASED A NEW SOLICIATION NUMBER WILL BE ISSUED AND WILL INCLUDE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION AND ATTACHMENTS. These documents are provided solely for informational purposes. They may be revised and offerors are cautioned to ensure that they use the final version of these documents which will be posted when the official solicitation is issued. No hard copy of this solicitation will be issued. Amendments, if any will be posted at the same location as this RFP. It is the responsibility of those respondents to obtain all amendments and applicable documents. The final RFP is scheduled for release on or about February 14, 2007. This will be the controlling document for preparation and submission of proposals. Please submit in writing, all questions pertaining to this RFP to Mary Ann Mitchell, Contract Specialist at maryann.mitchell@us.army.mil or by mail to US Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Edgewood Contracting Division, Hoadley Road AMSRD-ACC-E, Aberdeen Prov ing Ground, MD 21010-5401. Questions will be accepted not later than 1630, 12 January 2007. No questions will be accepted after 12 January 2007 and will not be answered by telephone.
