- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information, included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued by The U.S. Arm y and Aviation and Missile Command, on behalf of the Product Manager for USA TMDE Activity (USATA). This requirement is for purchase of a new calibrator model 5720A/01 115 for the Army Primary Standards DC & Low Frequency Division. This acquisition is s ole source to Fluke Electronics Corporation, 6920 Seaway Blvd, Everett, WA 98206. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. Quotes must be received no later than 4:00 pm CDT, 12 Jan 2007.
