- The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a unit cost for installing rooted plant materials in the form of containerized plants (one-gallon, and five-gallon, size) bareroot seedlings and 10 cci for the construction sites. It should be noted that the Commission is responsible for preparing the site for installation. The plant materials are to be installed during the spring of 2007 between March 1 and April 30. Plant materials shall be installed in accordance with the Tree and Shrub Planting Handbook (Utah Division of State Lands and Forestry, Salt Lake City, UT, 1993).
