- The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Infantry Weapons Systems, Quantico, Virginia is currently seeking a brand name only Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) IDIQ contract for a McMillan Fiberglass Stock (with saddle cheek piece, spacer system, 6 x flush cups, and sling stud), P/N A-4. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation applicable to this procurement is attached. The solicitation number for this procurement is M67854-07-R-1045 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-12, Effective 04 Aug 2006. This procurement is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 332994, Small Arms Manufacturing. All contractors must be registered in the Central Con tractor Registration (CCR) before award of this contract.
