- Description
- Aerial photography services of small area or site imagery. This procurement will encompass a variety of requirements for aerial photography, scanning and orthorectification services in support of multiple government agency programs. The primary requirement will be for 1:7,920 scale, 6 inch (153mm) camera focal length, 9"x9" format color positive aerial film, of approximately 70,000 NRI sites located nationwide. Other requirements include various photographic scales, 8-1/4 inch (210mm) and 12 inch (305mm) camera focal lengths, and multiple film types. The location of each site or area will be identified by latitude longitude coordinates and ground elevation. Photo acquisition periods are established by state and geographic areas according to leaf-on or agricultural growing seasons and range from approximately March through September. This solicitation will result in multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a base period (calendar year 2005), and four option periods (calendar years 2006 through 2009). Negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders will be issued for all work required. Solicitation (RFP)USDA-NRCS-2-05 will be issued on or about January 21, 2005, with proposals due February 23, 2005.
