Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to remove existing and install new government furnished carpet (Collins and Aikman) and contractor provided cove base at USCG ISC Boston, 427 Commercial St., Boston MA 02109. Work is expected to begin mid January 2007. Solicitation and award are Small Business Set Aside NAICS: 238330 Size standard $13.0M Quotes are due Noon EST on 12 January 2007. IN no instance will failure of contractor/offeror to physically measure space constitute grounds for modification on pricing. It is the responsibility of contractor/offeror to conduct site visit and measure space, square footages in scope of work are estimates only.
