You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-B, Stesnie Johnson, Contract Specialist, or Leslie Sandridge, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-8601. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX7F0111, NSN: 5340-01-545-3453, PN: 70217-02732-055, Quantity: 25 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. FOB Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article T esting (FAT) is 10 each 413 days after contract award (DACA) and 10 per month thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each 275 days after contract award and 10 per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical da ta, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date a nd may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore for eign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES W ITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
