- Description
- The Government intends to procure eighteen (18) Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Prophet Spiral 1 (S1) Electronic Attack (EA) (Prophet) Systems, the Armys tactical ground Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Electronic Attack (EA) system, spare parts and engineering services. Options will be included for up to twenty-five (25) Full-Rate Production (FRP) Prophet Systems and spare parts. This is a sole source procurement to General Dynamics C4 Systems, Scottsdale, Arizona. Prophet is the principal ground -based brigade tactical SIGINT/EW (Electronic Warfare) system. Prophet S1 EA is mounted on an M1102 High Mobility Trailer (HMT). These EA trailers will provide the capability to meet the Prophet S1 EA requirements with growth to support expanded capabilit ies in regard to jamming versatility to meet the Prophet Spiral 2 EA requirements. The Government does not possess a Technical Data Package (TDP) for the Prophet System. The forecasted solicitation issue date is on or about 15 January 2007.
