Description
This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Group One, San Diego, Ca. intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to SAIC Technology Services Company under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304? (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is a simplified acquisition with an anticipated award of less than $85,000.00 This notice is not a request for offers. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if bona fide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. All responding vendors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. F.O.B Destination See Numbered Note 22. Review of medical signs and symptoms of exposure and treatment, 2. Nerve Agent Antidote Kit Auto-Injector refresher training, 3. Decontamination procedure refresher training and 4. Introduction to the Isolation Litter (IsoLitter) For MOUT Scenario Execution provide on-site training and support for MOUT at training site to include the following tasks: 1. Mobile Training Team (MTT) that includes subject matter experts (SME) to instruct and expand Task Unit knowledge and capabilities to identify medical signs and symptoms of chemical, biological and radiological exposure, 2. Expand TU knowledge and capabilities to manage decontamination and medical treatment for exposure to include NAAK self aid/buddy aid and basic Field Management of Chemical and biological Casualties, 3. Provide a course syllabus/instructor guide prior to training for technical POC review.
