Description

The Veteran's Administration Western New York Healthcare System is seeking Radiation Therapy services to include consultation, treatment, and follow-up care for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs as authorized by the VA Western New York Healthcare System. Radiation therapy shall include examination of the patient and the patient's medical record or copies thereof. In performing radiation therapy treatment, the contractor shall provide complete palliative or curative treatment, in various modalities, as necessary. All radiation therapy services shall be performed at the contractor's facility and shall be provided under the direction of a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist. Bids are being requested and a written solicitation will be available on or about January 22, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The contract will be for a one year period with four (4) one year options. All requests for bid packages must be in writing and contain facility name, POC, full street address, telephone, and fax numbers.
