Description

This re-solicitation is a result of and in accordance with, CFR Sec. 124.504(b)(2) to ensure the Janitorial Services contract requirements are accepted by the Small Business Administration for the 8(a) Business Development Program as a competitive 8(a) requirement. In order to ensure full compliance, this office agrees to resolicit the requirement in accordance with FAR 5.203. This is an acquisition of commercial items and the established proposal due date is January 15, 2007. All terms and conditions of the original solicitation 292-06-P(CQ)-0354, as amended are in full force and effect. IMPORTANT: Those offerors that submitted a technical and price proposal or offer to the original closing date of November 30, 2006, need not resubmit. However, those offerors may resubmit. It an offeror choices to resubmit they shall state in the cover letter the following: The Technical and Price submitted on November 30, 2006 is hereby considered null and void and is not binding by all parties. The decision to resubmit is solely the discretion of the offeror. All new offerors shall submit in accordance with the original terms and conditions of solicitation 292-06-P(CQ)-0354, as amended. New Technical and Price proposal are due by 2:30 PM EST on January 15, 2007. All questions shall be addressed Kyle A. Turner by email only. No phone calls will be accepted.
