- The Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to award a commercial, firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for the purposes of the Government owned Beech 99 Aircraft (DOM 1970) Annual Inspection to include maintenance and Logistics support required for the accomplishment of the wing spar strap recurring AD, aircraft strip, paint, and interior refurbishment. It will also include an Over and Above contract line item for separately identified maintenance taskings. A Statement of Work and Technical Requirement/Work Package will be provided with the resulting solicitation. The Government?s required period of performance will be from 24 Jan 07 through 30 Mar 07. The procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310. Request for Quote (RFQ) No. DJMS-07-JPT-Q-0001 will be available on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) on or about 09 Jan 07 and quotes due 16 Jan 07. The RFQ will be posted in its entirety at the FedBizOpps website. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued and no electronic proposal submissions will be accepted. All proposals from responsible sources shall be considered. NOTE: Contractors proposing on the solicitation must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for award or payment.
