- Description
- James J. Peters VAMC seeking multi award contract for breast imaging, screening and diagnostic services, and breast interventional services for veterans (and selected non-veterans) cared for at James J. Peters VAMC. All contracted procedures shall be performed in Contractor-owned / operated facilities. Medical Facility must be within 20 mile radius of the Bronx VA medical center and have easy access for public transportations and handy cap. Services included: Screening Mammography Bilateral (Analog) Diagnostic Mammography Bilateral (Analog) Screening Mammography Bilateral (Digital) Diagnostic Mammography Bilateral (Digital) Screening Mammography Unilateral (Analog) Diagnostic Mammography Unilateral (Digital) Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) Breast Sonography - this shall be performed on VAMC patients when the sonogram is required by the radiologist for final interpretation of a diagnostic mammogram or further workup as recommended by the radiologist. Stereotactic needle localization and biopsy. (Inability to perform this procedure shall not preclude bidding on the above services.) Before award can be made, the successful bidder must be entered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html.
