Description
This is a presolicitation notice for a counselor for the Employee Assistance Program at Buckley AFB, Aurora, CO. This is a non-professional service. The Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) is to provide intake counseling, referral, follow up and crisis counseling for Federal employees and their family members with personal problems. This is a notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 5.101(a)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is FA2543-07-T-0003, will be issued on 30 Oct 2006 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The performance period for the base period is 01 Dec 06 through 30 Sep 07. Period of performance for the option years will be 01 Oct through 30 Sep. This procurement is being is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if received in time, must be considered by the agency. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under FAR Part 12.
