- The United States Army Communications Electronics and Life Cycle Management Command (CE LCMC), Acquisition Center, ATTN: AMSEL-AC-CC-RT-A, Building 1208, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5008, intends to award a new work modification on a non-competitive basi s on Contract Number DAAB07-00-C-J606 under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source to Raytheon Company, 2501 W. University Drive, McKinney, TX. The proposed action is for a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) mo dification to the existing Multi-Year System Acquisition Contract to incorporate options for Long Range Advance Scout Surveillance System (LRAS3) spare parts which support Current Force Army Fieldings and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduri ng Freedom (OEF), in support of the Global War On Terror (GWOT). The Government does not own the detailed data rights/drawings for the LRAS3 that would enable the Government to compete this effort. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334511 with th e corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. A tracking number of DAAB07-00-C-J606/P00085 has been assigned to this effort and will be issued on or about 03 January 2007. The estimated award date is 15 March 2007. See numbered Notes 22 and 26.
