- The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO), Vicksburg, MS intends to award a sole source contract to BAS Systems National Security Solutions, Inc., 11487 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190-423 4 for SOCET SET Software Maintenance Renewals (go to https://fedteds.gov for specifications). This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and will be a firm-fixed price contract.
