- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to award a sole source contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Nez Perce Biocontrol Center of Lapwai, Idaho. Duties include Review and assessment of current noxious weed inventory, locat ing new populations of noxious weeds, inventorying new populations of noxious weeds, recommending release sites for bio-control agents, releasing bio-control agents, monitor and evaluate the treated weed populations and prepare an annual report. All this will be done within the managed lands of the Army Corps of Engineers, Dworshak Project near Ahsahka, Idaho. No RFQ will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
