- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE SPACE IN UTAH REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 103,500 Rentable Square Feet yielding approximately 90,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and warehouse space along with at least 300 acres of land to be utilized as outdoor storage for use by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Locations will be considered within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah. LEASE TERM: 5 Years, 1 Year Firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: ? Site/facility must be accessible by major roadways. ? Active rail lines must be located in the proximity of site/facility and available for use by FEMA. ? Acreage offered must be reasonably level with a hard or compacted surface and adequate drainage. ? Acreage should be clear or have the ability to be cleared of trees, shrubs, or other obstructions. ? Facility will require office space in addition to warehouse space with dock door accessibility. ? Facility and acreage need to be located together. Acreage should be located within 100 yards of the facility. LOCATION: Site/facility must be located 50 miles or less from Salt Lake City, Utah.
