- This modification to a previous notice contains the NTT 07-27 for the Fresh Dairy Industry Roundtable to be held at the DeCA Headquarters Building located on FOrt Lee, VA. PS December 22, 2006 NOTICE TO THE TRADE ? DeCA NOTICE 07-27 SUBJECT: Fresh Dairy Products Pre-Solicitation Roundtable Discussion ? CONUS DeCA West to include Hawaii and Alaska A roundtable discussion on the upcoming Fresh Dairy Products contract will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2007, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The discussion will take place in the Marketing Business Unit Conference Room, 3rd floor, at the Defense Commissary Agency Headquarters. All interested participants are invited. Attached is a product description list that represents those items currently being considered for solicitation. However, this does not represent the final solicitation list. Due to conference room seating capabilities we ask that you limit your company?s attendees to two representatives. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss concerns, suggestions, and questions as they relate to the upcoming DeCA West CONUS Fresh Dairy Product solicitation. If unable to attend, interested parties may submit their comments via e-mail to mark.arland@deca.mil or, if sending U.S. mail, address it to Marketing Business Unit, Attn: PSM (Mr. Mark Arland), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia 23801-1800.
