- See numbered notes 12 and 26. NSN 5961-01-053-3316, Transistor is to be procured in accordance with approved part numbers; p/n 914509-2 (cage 49956) and p/n PH8296 (cage 50998). The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 2,480 each to be shipped to various stock locations. The FOB is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery is 240 days. The requirement is unrestricted. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp on its issue date April 17, 2006. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAR-2006).
