This amendment 04 is issued to delete Wage Determination No. 05-2402 REV (02) AREA: NC, RALEIGH, Dated 09/25/2006 and replace with Wage Determination No.: (Collective Bargaining Agreement) CBA-2006-379, Date of Last Revision: 5/26/2006 which reads: Employed on Dept. Health & Human Services, National Institutes of Health contract for Janitorial Services. Collective Bargaining Agreement between contractor: A & A Facility Services, Inc. and union: Industrial, Technical, & Professional Employees Union AFL-CIO effective 6/1/2006 In accordance with Section 2(a) and 4(c) of the Service Contract Act, as amended, employees employed by the contractor(s) in performing services covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement(s) are to be paid wage rates and fringe benefits set forth in the current collective bargaining agreement and modified extension agreement(s). See attachment entitled DOL Wage Det # CBA-2006-379 for full text. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-OCT-2006).
