Description

The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to solicitation W9115U-07-T-0007 Posted Date: Dec 21, 2006 and amendment to the Combined Solication for Extended Stay Apartments and Room Rentals Posted date: Dec 29, 2006. Changes are a follow: CLIN 0 001: Provide Extended Stay Housing for 14 personnel, housing may consist of single rooms and/or one or two room apartments. All housing shall provide a complete listing of amenities. Quotes shall include all state and local taxes, fees, etc that are appli cable. Award will be based on the best value to the Government, which includes rental rates, commuting distance to Fort Campbell airfield, and amenities. The Government reserves the right to shift rental dates and/or cancel completely. Rent stated in monthly terms shall be prorated on the basis of 1/30th of the monthly rate for each date the hotel and/or apartment is in the Governments possession. Offerors need to include a complete copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3; Offeror wishing to submit a quotation are required to be registered in CCR (DUNS Number, Cage Code, and Tax ID Number). The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to i mplement Statues of Exe cutive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, clauses include: 52.222-19: Child Labor, 52.222-26: Equal Opportunity, 52.222-35: Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other E ligible Veterans, 52.222 -36: Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and Other Eligible Veterans, 52.232-33: Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Centra l Contractor Registration. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Offers are due before 1600 Hours CST, 8 January 2007.
