- 9150-01-114-9968, Hydraulic Fluid, Automatic Transmission. PR 13175066 is solicited on an unrestricted basis. Solicited IAW FAR 13.5 and is for a commercial item being solicited IAW FAR Part 12. Solicitation will also post to DIBBS. Solicitation will result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for products made iaw GM SPEC DEXRON IV (Please note that this is a change from the previous announcement, prior to 01/01/2007 this item was iaw GM SPEC DEXRON III). This is a critical application item. QAP 004 applies. COS is coded Y for commercial. Stated ALT is 90 days. PR is for 3,380 Drums total. Of the 3,380 DR, 2,959 are going to Richmond, Va. and the remaining 421 DR will be going to Tracy, CA. Progress payments are not included. There are no surge requirements. FOB destination, inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Requested delivery will be 30 days ARO. Modification extends the solicitation closing date to 01/19/2007.
