- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, ABerdeen proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely with Avid Learner, Inc. of Pittsburgh, PA 15241 under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This requi rement provides proprietary training for med and upper-level leaders, supervisors and the leadership. This is a sole source procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611430 and the size standard is 6.5 Mil. Interested per sons may identify their interest, inwriting to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 Noon, Eastern Standard Time, January 9, 2007.
