- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. This Solicitation number W9127Q-07-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Proposal. This is 100% set aside for small business and is restricted in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 541330 Small Business Standard is $4.5 Million. The requirement is for Range Control at Camp Shelby, Mississippi. Request support for upcoming Bradley NET Gunnery Training at Camp Shelby, Mississippi on 8 FEB thru 3 Mar 2007. The support is in the form of SERTS train ing and technical support during its use during the live fire exercise. This support will include initial range set-up, on site repair of equipment and prep each range facility being used including all vehicle systems, tower system and the AAR System. Thi s will ensure that equipment is in proper operating status prior to the unit arriving on the range on 11 FEB 2007. Support will train the operators; users level training on installation and operating the equipment. The training will include the Vehicle System, the AAR System and the Tower System. The training will be conducted prior to the exercise by support personnel TBD as needed. Support will assist unit personnel with the installation and removal of equipment 8-11 Feb 2007 (installation) 1-3 Mar ( removal). On site range support will be provided and will include the initial daily range set up for both day and night phases. Range support personnel will be on the range from 0600-1000 hrs and 1700-2100 hrs daily to repair, replace or exchange any dam aged equipment prior to the start of the day and night phases. The total support will be for 8 hours daily with on call support available as needed 11 Feb 2007-01 Mar 2007. Cost will include (1) initial Train up period will be included in the 24 days (2) cost for 4 personnel for range support for the 24 days (3) Range Set Up (4) Incidental Cost for On-site Repairs (5) Travel/Lodging/Car Rental/Per Diem.
