- NAICS Code: 541612 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Human Resources Support Services RFQ-DC-07-00069 Questions and Answers Question #1: Is there an incumbent currently performing these services? If so, what are the company's name, the contract number, the dates, and the amount of the contract? Answer #1: There is an incumbent for this requirement. The current contract, Contract No. 4W-2303-NBLX, is with FPMI Solutions. The period of performance is from September 30, 2004 to around February 28, 2007. The total amount of the current contract is over $1,000.000.00. Question #2: If there is an incumbent, can the incumbent compete on the new requirement? Answer #2: If the decision is made to set aside this requirement for small businesses, the incumbent will not be able to compete. Question #3: Can the NAICS code be changed to 561210, Facilities Support Services? Answer #3: The Government believes it has identified the NAICS code that best reflects the work to be done under this requirement. Therefore, the NAICS code will remain 541612.
