- Description THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED AS A MARKET RESEARCH TOOL. Item is in support of the Improved Chemical Agent Monitor (ICAM). RING, LOCKING SPECIAL (WASHER, FLAT), Part Number 442-521, NSN 6665-01-382-8038. Part is manufactured from Virgin, Zytel, Color natural compound no. 70G30HSL or 70G33HSI-L and purchased from the E.I. DuPont Company. The part has an 1.09 inch O.D.X 0.288 Inch thick. The purpose of this notice is to identify and establish initial interest and points of contact from private industry . This information may be used to design acquisition strategy to include socioeconomic program support. It may also help to identify and establish commercial practices available to the Government. Solicitation W52H09-06-T-0449 is issued and the date for receipt of offers is 20 Nov 2006. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the U.S. Government.
