Description

With this announcement, the Chicago District Corps of Engineers issues a Pre-Solicitation Notice for its Agencys requirement to contract for INTERIM GROUND WATER TREATMENT PLANT. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all the necessary fac ilities, plants, labor, transportation, materials, and equipment to furnish, erect, operate and maintain a facility to treat groundwater at the IHC Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) site. The Classification Code for this procurement is North American Indus try System (NAICS) 562219, with a business size in dollars of $11.5 Million. COMPETITION IS UNRESTRICTED TO BUSINESS SIZE. The Request For Proposal Package will be downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY. The project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Interested Offerors can download the Request For Proposal Package from the Internet Site https://www.fedteds.gov/fedteds/start.nsf/frm.vendorlogin?openform&SolicitationN umber=W912P6-07-R-0004. The solicitation will be available at the above-mentioned Internet site on or about 22 January 2007. The due date for proposals will be on or about 21 February 2007 at 4:30p.m. CST, Chicago Local Time. In order for contractors to co nduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors can access the CCR for free at http//www.ccr.gov. The Government intends to award a FIRM-FIXED PRI CE SERVICES, INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY contract.
