Description: The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to CBD Training, Inc. on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to obtain: courseware development. These courseware materials will be used to support all phases of training in weapons employment, aircraft tactics, and integration with other tactical platforms. The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice lies solely within the discretion of the government.
