- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. Purchase of estimated 15,000 gallons of #2 Diesel (over the road) fuel during the period 3 Feb 07 through 20 Apr 07 delivered to Equipment Staging Area on the US/Mexico Border South of the Border Patrol Station, S Kings Highway, Douglas, AZ. 2. Rent of one (1) 2,000 gallon fuel tank with a 12 volt electric pump, battery, adequate hoses and fill nozzle to service engineer construction equipment delivered/picked up at the Equipment Stagin g Area on the US/Mexico Border south of the Douglas Border Patrol Station on S. Kings Highway, Douglas, AZ. Rental period 3 Feb 07 through 20 Apr 07.
