Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W31P4Q-07-T-0199 is issued as a Request for Quotation. This acquisition is sole source to TSI Incorporated, 500 Cardigan Road, Saint Paul, MN 55126-3903. Solicitation W31P4Q-07-T-0199 shall consist of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 for M41 PATS repair parts, a quantity of one (1) Lot. Description of requirement is M41 PATS Repair Parts for the complete rebuild and certification of the TSI, Incorporated Model 8020M PortaCount as well as Models 8020 and 8020A. Delivery is required within ninety (90) days after contract award to USA TMDE Activity, Bldg 5435, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898 with inspection/acceptance at origin and FOB at destination. The provision at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is applicable to this acquisition.
