Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) proposes an acquisition for the production and delivery of: AN/FCC-100(V)9 (NSN 5895-01-452-7764) & AN/FCC-100(V)9X (NSN 5895-01-456-0854) Time Division Multiplexers (TDMs), CV-8448 Converter (NSN 5895-01-496-5015), CV-FOM Converter (NSN 5895-01-530-6014), TAC-300 (NSN 5895-01-505-5837) & TAC-900 Concentrators (NSN 5895-01-483-9991), ancillary equipment (replacement modules, enclosures, chassis, power supplies etc.), upgrade kits for previous versions of the TDMs (AN/FCC-100(V) (V)9 to (V)9X, (V)8 to (V)9X, (V)6 to (V)9, processor (V)7/(V)8, processor (V)9/(V)9X) an d spare parts for previous versions and existing tactical communications systems equipment and commercial warranty. The proposed acquisition is intended to be a one-year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Requirements contract, with four one-year options. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this Acquisition will be conducted as a Sole Source. The rights to the technical data required to manufacture and test the AN /FCC-100 and all its related equipment are not owned by the government. The technical data for manufacturing and testing are the sole proprietorship of ULTRA-DNE Technologies, Inc., 50 Barnes Park North, Wallingford, CT 06429. The solicitation, W15P7T-07-R-K201, will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about 23 January 2007.
