Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting & General Services Office in Portland, OR have a requirement at the Klamath Falls Fish & Wildlife Office, Klamath Falls, OR 97601 (Klamath County) to provide Janitorial Services for their main office and conference buildings. Vendor must have the capabilities to service these types of buildings and facilities, and possess industry standard qualifications to perform janitorial services in a federal office work and visitor center environment - selection process is "Best Value" (Price, Experience & Past Performance). This requirement will be awarded with a base year plus four (4) option years at the Federal Government's discretion. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) titled Janitorial Services for Klamath Falls Fish and Wildlife Office. SEE ATTACHED WAGE DETERMINATION NO: 05-2439 REV (02) AREA: OR, Eugene.
