- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis 6 month hardware and software repairs and upgrades for existing hardware systems at CDSA Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, Virginia from Security Co, Inc., DBA HSM Electronic Protection Services, 1533 Tech Drive, Suite 101, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320. Security Co. Inc. is an authorized local dealer who can perform the repairs, provide replacement parts, and has knowledge of existing hardware layouts, software builds, and access control locations. Interested parties other than Security Co. Inc. must be able to demonstrate in writing their capability to provide the requested service by 12 January 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 with a size standard of $12.5 mil. The order shall be a firm fixed price order for a 11 month period through 30 August 2007. FOB Destination shall apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used. Th e Procurement is DO priority rated. The anticipated award date is no later than 16 January 2007. The RFQ number is N00178-07-Q-1070.
