Description
This posting is a modification to revise the delineated area. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 13,150 rentable square feet yielding a minimum 10,438 to a maximum 10,960 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Queens, New York. First floor space is preferred. The delineated area is located in the borough of Queens and is bounded as follows: North: Astoria Boulevaard East: 34th Avenue South: 46th Street West: Vernon Avenue Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety and must be ADA compliant. Secure office space and facilities in an office building, fully serviced, and altered to Government specifications are required, to include ample windows to provide natural lighting and both public and separate employee rest rooms (located in the non-public area of the office). All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EST, January 22, 2007. Expressions of interest should include 1) Building name and address to include the full nine (9) digit zip code, 2) Available square feet and rate per square foot, 3) Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, 4) Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet offered, and 5) Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property. This is neither a solicitation for offers nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this ad.
