Description: Firm Fixed Price Requirement Type Contract for Ice; Crushed and Block delivered to Fort Knox, KY during the period 1 March 2007 through 29 February 2008 with one option year. Ice estimated quantities: Crushed - 15,000 (Bagged 24 to 40 pounds); Block 60,000 (10 to 15 pounds, wrapped in plastic; 25 ea (300 pound block, clear, unscored), estimated per year. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business and all responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Contractor must curren tly appear in the Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox homepage website at: http://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 17 January 2007 with bids due on or about 31 January 2007.
